MacOS /Users/<my-user>/.bashrc does not source post integration last

- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again

### Operating system

macOS 15.7.1 (24G231)

### Expected behaviour

q doctor provide positive response after fixing the issue

### Actual behaviour

After installing, when I run q doctor I get the following error message:

/Users//.bashrc does not source post integration last
✘ Valid CLI path: CLI (/Users//.toolbox/tools/q/1.18.1/Amazon Q.app/Contents/MacOS/q) must be in /Users//.local/bin/q

As Mac defaults on zsh I created .bashrc with the following content and source ./~bashrc with no success
