Description
### Checks
- [x] I have searched [github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues](https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues?q=) and there are no duplicates of my issue
- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again
### Operating system
macOS 15.6.1 (24G90)
### Expected behaviour
The permission dialog should support:
1. Arrow key navigation to select between options (y/n/t)
2. Number key shortcuts (1, 2, 3) for quick selection
3. Single-key selection without requiring Enter key press
4. Visual highlighting of the currently selected option
### Actual behaviour
Currently the permission dialog requires users to type 'y', 'n', or 't' followed by pressing Enter. This creates unnecessary friction in the user experience.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Trigger any permission request in Q CLI (e.g., file write, bash command)
2. Observe the current y/n/t + Enter input requirement
3. Note the lack of arrow key navigation or number shortcuts
