Feature: Show current folder/project in the Terminal title

I regularly have multiple instances of `q chat` active in different project folders. It's close to impossible to keep those apart because the title of all terminals is 'q (qchat)' and they all have the same prompt ([agent_name] >).

It would be very helpful if the title would be more descriptive like 'q (ecommerce)' when `q chat` was started in ~/Projects/ecommerce/
