Feature request: sampling

MCP includes the ability to "sample" (i.e., have server request the client perform LLM completions on its behalf) but it is unimplemented. I keep finding that I would like it to be available. Has there been any discussion about how and whether to implement it in Q CLI? I have been [exploring how I could go about implementing it](https://github.com/nikomatsakis/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues/3) and I may indeed give it a try on the side, but I'm curious if there are existing efforts.
