Description
### Checks
- [x] I have searched [github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues](https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues?q=) and there are no duplicates of my issue
- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again
### Operating system
windows 11
### Expected behaviour
i expected q chat to load and get a functional amazon Q and based on experience that meant i expected a Claude 3.7 sonnet or a Claude 4 Sonnet. I expected them to behave and respond in the manner of an ai and follow instructions, be precise and know logic and rationals, and have a usable memory.
### Actual behaviour
I got a claude version that seemed adament to tell me its q chat and nothing else, and and then i got it to read history for project context, not big, and then it started making mistakes in what it was asked to do, upon pointing it out it acknowledged and apologised and stated it would do it correctly, but it just wouldnt. I have had many proper efficient Q Chat sessions and am very familiar with an ai that works properly, and the last week has been a nightmare, only to be overwhelminglt topped by today, it was a work destroying day.
### Steps to reproduce
Opening a new Q chat session with either claude 3.7 or 4 provides a claude that does not follow commands explicitly, makes regular errors in coding, attempts to simplify regularly especially as time goes on, cannot recall specifics unless its re highlighted, makes an error, is informed of it, apologises, then makes the same erros. Today, they were all faulty, and not long seesions, this can happen nearly from the minute you start, but definitely after 30 minutes they are untrustworthy. I have started just today 15 to 20 sessions, to try to get a good iteration, and prior to toady for the last week it was happening, but not every iteration, but today with 4.0 work for about the first time in a week i would have thought Amazon had everything fixed, but its the exact opposite, very very broken, i have lost another entire day and had my code destroyed so many times i have slost count. I'm a subscriber and i cant communicate with Amazon, to be honest its infuriating they are charging monthly fees, plus fees on top of that, and they are destroyiing my projects, the least they could do is not charge us, i mean all of last week 4 was non existant and 3.7 was faulty and now they both are, and they take money from us for this dis service they provide. Its quite arrogant and disrespectful.
