terminal get stuck after install q cli

### Operating system

macOS 15.5.0 (24F74)

### Expected behaviour

Q cli should not affect the usage of terminal.

### Actual behaviour

Terminal get stuck after install q cli, observed behaviour:
- adding new terminal tab need ~5 seconds, without Q cli installed its less than 1 second
- pasting text to vim will cause the terminal not respond
