Q CLI dispatch error

Just configured Q CLI (1.12.2 on macOS 15.5) and started first-ever chat session on terminal. The terminal integration is enabled. Trying to create an application and getting the following error:

This is such a confusing error message that I don't even know what is the next step to do. Can you help?
