Feature Request: Add /speak mode for voice input and speech-to-speech interaction

### Expected behaviour

Add a /speak mode that enables:
1. Voice input using Amazon Transcribe or Nova Sonic capabilities to convert speech to text
2. Option for speech-to-speech conversations (voice input + voice output)
3. Ability to dictate prompts directly instead of typing (e.g., saying "check my latest deployment" instead of typing it)
4. Seamless voice interaction for hands-free CLI usage

This would improve accessibility, efficiency, and user experience, especially for complex or lengthy prompts.
