Feature Request: Enable image/screenshot pasting in terminal for Amazon Q

### Expected behaviour

Users should be able to paste images or screenshots directly into the Amazon Q terminal interface for analysis, similar to how images can be shared in web-based chat interfaces. This would allow for visual debugging, architecture diagram analysis, error screenshot sharing, and other image-based interactions.

### Actual behaviour

Currently, Amazon Q for command line does not support pasting images or screenshots. Users can only interact through text-based input
