Description
### Checks
- [x] I have searched [github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues](https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues?q=) and there are no duplicates of my issue
### Operating system
Linux 5.10.237-211.948.amzn2int.aarch64 - Amazon Linux 2
### Expected behaviour
Queries such as "identify all X in my codebase" are returning a high rate of false positives, as is typical when the temperature is too high for a specific query. I would like the ability to either modify the temperature arbitrarily, or request a specific mode with substantially lower temperature.
Allow users to configure the temperature setting for Amazon Q responses through the q-cli, providing control over response creativity/determinism.
