q chat command not working

macOS 15.4.1 (24E263)

### Expected behaviour

Until 2 weeks ago, my q chat was working fine. Suddenly, it stoped working.

I found a similar issue: https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues/1984

However, followed the steps to solve it with no luck.

### Actual behaviour

I followed the steps described here https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues/1984, however I still get the "error: No such file or directory (os error 2)" when running "q chat".
