Feature Request: Integrated "todo" tool for Amazon Q Developer

### Expected behaviour

Amazon Q Developer should include a built-in "todo" tool similar to Claude's implementation that helps users track and manage tasks during long-running projects. This would allow users to maintain focus on complex tasks without requiring third-party MCP integrations.

### Actual behaviour

Currently, users need to rely on third-party MCP integrations to get similar functionality, which requires additional setup steps.
