### Expected behaviour

`/prompts list` should return a reliably consistent list of prompts that can be fed to the Q CLI in[ the format shown in the documentation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/en_us/amazonq/latest/qdeveloper-ug/command-line-mcp-tools-prompts.html#command-line-mcp-prompts), with at least one solid example involving an AWS-sponsored MCP server.

### Actual behaviour

`/prompts list` seems to return a different output every day, in terms of prompts related to amazon-sponsored mcp servers.
Here is today, May 21:
amzn_mcp (MCP):
- prompt_farm_create_meeting_notes___mcp
- prompt_farm_cline_chain_of_thoughts
- prompt_farm_rewrite_in_amazon_writing_style___mcp
- prompt_farm
