The suggestion prompt not working

### Operating system

macOS 15.3.2 (24D81)

### Expected behaviour

if I type cd I expect the suggestion dropdown.

### Actual behaviour

If I type cd or any command with suggestions I get nothing.

### Steps to reproduce

just run the terminal.
