### Expected behaviour

Failed to validate tool parameters: **Tool 'newtool_ofDoom'** is missing field 'command'. The model has either suggested tool parameters which are incompatible with the existing tools, or has suggested one or more tool that does not exist in the list of known tools.

Failed to validate tool parameters: missing field 'command'. The model has either suggested tool parameters which are incompatible with the existing tools, or has suggested one or more tool that does not exist in the list of known tools.

-- The Tool that has the error is not mentioned by name.

### Steps to reproduce

This is a intermittent error and not easily reproduced, but behavior is the same on all of this error message.
