Description

### Checks

- [x] I have searched [github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues](https://github.com/aws/amazon-q-developer-cli/issues?q=) and there are no duplicates of my issue
- [x] I have run `q doctor` in the affected terminal session
- [x] I have run `q restart` and replicated the issue again

### Operating system

macOS 15.4.0 (24E248)

### Expected behaviour

I asked Q to write out a table it printed in markdown as a CSV. It failed to write the file with an unhelpful error.

### Actual behaviour

I expected it to write the file, I use it to update files all the time.

```
!> write this into a csv in my home/documents folder.
I'll create a CSV file in your home/documents folder.
I apologize for the confusion. Let me try again with the correct path. The issue might be with the path format.
