New pattern submission - Self Managed Apache Kafka with EventBridge Pipe

To submit a template to the Serverless Patterns Collection, submit an issue with the following information.

- Description - This pattern shows how to use EventBridge Pipes which polls events from a Self Managed Apache Kafka which are then sent to and stored in a CloudWatch Log Group.
