Description

Thanks for the repo. We'd like to use it for our insurance customer demo's but have seen below issues.

1. **Claim-ID issue:** The unique claim-ids are not reflected on the SIU (Supervisor) portal (The IDs are captured on local MongoDB and appear okay on the Adjuster Portal).
2. **Adjuster Portal & Claim Status Changes**: There is NO ability to see the claim being processed within the system (agent-to-agent workflow)
3. **Adjuster portal & Sortable column**: Claims cannot be sorted using the attributes; Claim ID, Customer, Amount, Priority, Status as indicated in the documentation.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the three cases in the SIU and Adjuster portals, checking the claim data in local MongoDB and comparing the behavior with the documentation. Done means claim IDs appear in the SIU portal, claim processing status is visible through the agent workflow, and the listed claim attributes can be sorted in the Adjuster portal.
