Python 3.6, 7 and 8 are EoL with python 3.9 reaching EoL in 2025: https://devguide.python.org/versions/.
Package must be updated to support latest python versions: https://github.com/aws-samples/sagemaker-studio-sparkmagic-lib/blob/main/setup.py#L22-L26
