When using this template (cloudformation/getting_started/CFN-SagemakerEMRNoAuthProductWithStudio-v3.yaml) to create the EMR cluster in sagemaker studio, I encountered an error when creating the project:

Studio encountered an error when creating your project. Try recreating the project again.

Error:

Error creating project. Error message: ValidationException: Provisioning artifact pa-xxxxxx does not exist or access was denied.
