Federation URL doesn't work for prefix with Spaces

As I deployed this solution in my environment, I have the encoding using python Urlencode library and it is not able to encode the space in the prefix properly. I'm working on custom logic to avoid this, meanwhile if there is a known method from AWS, I would like to know.

Start by reproducing the federation URL encoding for a prefix containing spaces using the reported Python URL encoding approach, then compare the result with AWS's expected federation URL format. Done means a prefix with spaces produces a valid working federation URL; the payload names no repository files or tests to inspect.
