Diversification based on item metadata field(s)

Add the ability to diversify recommendations based on one or more item metadata fields. For example, only include the top recommendation based on category or genre. The implementation would essentially deduplicate recommendations based on a metadata field(s), ideally allowing the number of items per metadata column to be controlled through configuration.
