Need to comment out role ARN when using in Sagemaker notebooks

Description
When you run inside of Sagemaker notebooks line 8 in config.yaml needs to be fixed or commented out. The default instructions in the readme reference "The solution is ready to run from Amazon SageMaker Studio." which is misleading.
