Observability Module: Logging in EKS: Control Plane logs

### What would you like to be added?

For Control Plane logs, I want to keep the workshop user in the console for enabling the control plane logs and just let them know that this can be enabled via code as well.

### Why is this needed?

Our focus in this section is on the observability tooling so I want to highlight the ability to enable these feature without code. This will should the added value of the EKS console (while being sure to highlight that these features can be enabled pragmatically).
