[Bug]: Incomplete list of EKS access policies

### What happened?

The list of EKS access permissions on `Security > Cluster Access Management API > Understanding Cluster Access Management API` page is incomplete. There are many more default access policies in an EKS cluster, which are not listed on this page.

### What did you expect to happen?

The page should either show a complete list of policies or mention explicitly that the listed polices are only some of them.

### How can we reproduce it?

1. Visit the URL: [https://preview.eksworkshop.com/docs/security/cluster-access-management/understanding](https://preview.eksworkshop.com/docs/security/cluster-access-management/understanding) and check the partial list of policies.
2. Run the command `aws eks list-access-policies` to see the full list of policies.
