Description
Hello there, I am trying to deploy my django app on AWS EB. I am getting an error "**Your requirements.txt is invalid. Snapshot your logs for details.**"
Here is the screenshot of the log:
I looked at this [thread](https://github.com/aws-samples/eb-py-flask-signup/issues/9) also, and changed encoding to ANSI but it didn't work.
