Hello,
You mention that windows workloads are not supported with this system.
I know that this was a Fargate limitation originally, but I see that Fargate apparently _does_ now [support Windows platforms](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonECS/latest/developerguide/platform-windows-fargate.html) 🎇
Is there some other issue preventing windows gitlab container / job support with this cdk based runner system?
