Description
## Describe the solution you'd like
Can I use BedrockChat's Bot API as a multi-agent?
## Why the solution needed
We are increasing the number of Agent tools in BedrockChat, such as for DB access, but we are concerned that the accuracy of complex processing will decrease due to the increased number of tokens. This may require modification, but is it possible to use the Bot API as a sub-Agent?
We are currently working on implementing sub-agents at strandsagents, but it is taking time to improve the accuracy of the AI agent development.

Research direction
The request names BedrockChat's Bot API and ongoing sub-agent work at strandsagents, but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing the Bot API and reviewing how agent tools are handled; the work is complete only after a multi-agent approach, scope, and acceptance criteria are agreed.
