[Feature Request] Edit permissions for bots shared with other users

## Describe the solution you'd like

A collaborative type sharing setup where users can share a bot with another user and grant them edit permissions over the bot.

## Why the solution needed

To enable users to work on bots together, currently a bot shared with a user only enables them to use and chat with the bot, not edit it.

## Additional context

I see a feature request for this very thing has already been submitted: [here](https://github.com/aws-samples/bedrock-chat/issues/770) which was closed as completed in v3. However this functionality does not actually seem to be present in v3, only the granular sharing permissions were implemented.
