When deleting a bot, please also delete the corresponding CloudWatchLog.

## Why the solution needed

I frequently recreate bots in research and development, and the number of CloudWatchLogs keeps increasing. It is a lot of work to manually delete the CloudWatchLogs x 3 every time.
