Description
## Describe the solution you'd like
On the custom bot creation page, describe where the default S3 data source is located and when it will be synchronized. If the Bot ID is not decided when the new bot creation page is opened, it can be described as "check it later".
## Why the solution needed
Customers want to transfer files directly to an S3 bucket using a web UI in order to add large amounts of files to the data source. Also, they would like to sync datasource after transfer completed.

Research direction
Start at the custom bot creation page entry point and trace how the default S3 data source and Bot ID are represented. Done means the page explains the default S3 location and synchronization timing, shows “check it later” when the Bot ID is unavailable, and addresses synchronization after file transfer.
