[Feature Request] Allow to send parameters to agent from Bot configuration page

## Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to send to agent configuration parameters from Bot configuration page.

For example I would like to costumize my bot
- with my specific API key/server address to specific API, where all my users have different server/key pair
- server/login/password

I understand and can simply think about the "security" questions around, but sometimes there would be nice to have possibility to send configuration parameters to agent. For example just name or something else...

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by locating the Bot configuration page and the agent configuration flow, then determine how parameters could be passed and what security constraints apply. Done means users can provide supported per-bot parameters and the agent receives them safely.
