### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

I am excited to see all these great resources this project has made available. I deployed the solution using Terraform only to find out the one I needed wasn't converted to Terraform yet. Can you please provide an ETA on when the s3_block_account_public_access will be available as a terraform module.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Terraform for s3_block_account_public_access

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Config rule / remediation but it doesn't allow excluding accounts.

### Additional context

Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here. e.g. link to a new AWS feature

Research direction

Start by locating the existing s3_block_account_public_access solution and the repository's Terraform modules. Compare their structure and inputs, then define the module's expected account-exclusion behavior; done means the solution is available through Terraform and supports the requested exclusions.
