[FEATURE] Update SRA Solutions

### Describe the solution you'd like

An option to Update the Solutions based on the orginal Install : https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-security-reference-architecture-examples/blob/main/aws_sra_examples/docs/DOWNLOAD-AND-STAGE-SOLUTIONS.md#download-and-stage-the-aws-sra-solutions so that releases can be "updated" in a working environment

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Manual copy / paste / update of released code when commited to "main" code branch

### Additional context

From what I can tell, the "stage_solution.sh" is deigned only for when the buckets / lambda's do not exist and will fail when an update is made, hence the feature request
