### Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Customers seeking to leverage tags for standardization and granular access control will benefit from Tag policies. Similarly, customers seeking to enforce standard backups across their environment to mitigate threats like ransomware can benefit from Backup policies.
### Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like a example solution to deploy Tag policies and Backup policies.
### Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently SRA does not support these two policies.

Research direction
The payload names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the repository's existing SRA example-solution structure and how current policies are represented. Done should be clearly defined examples that deploy Tag policies and Backup policies, including the intended standardization, access-control, and backup behavior.
