Golang version

Would be nice to have a go example, as well. As it's a compiled language the endpoint definitions and grabbing code from bucket is a little different, would be nice to have that spelled out.

I've got go working with SAM, and go working with CDK (zipping the binaries and uploading to s3 manually), but don't quite get how to put the jelly sandwich together...

Start by reading the existing SAM and CDK examples and comparing how their endpoint definitions and S3 packaging work. Add a documented Go example that explains the compiled binary workflow and connects the SAM and CDK pieces; done means a newcomer can follow the instructions to deploy the example successfully.
