Description

Hi,

I’m attempting to deploy this solution across two Availability Zones (AZs), utilizing all components in a non-serverless configuration. However, the RDS stack consistently throws the error: "PubliclyAccessible isn't supported for DB engine aurora-postgresql," even when I select the MySQL engine. Could you clarify why this happens?

Additionally, is it possible to deploy the solution in a single AZ? This would be helpful for non-production environments.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Research direction

The issue names no file or test. Start by locating the RDS stack's CloudFormation configuration and trace how the selected engine sets PubliclyAccessible and Availability Zones. Done should mean the engine mismatch is resolved and the supported single-AZ behavior is clearly defined.
