現在、ワークショップに使用する資料は掲載されているものの「これから始めたい」という場合の具体的な手順がないため、不親切な状態になっている。そのため、Step by Step のガイドを作成し始める方法を案内する。

Start by reading README.md and the existing workshop materials to understand the current entry points. Create a step-by-step guide for beginning MLEW and link it from README.md; done means a newcomer can follow the documented procedure from start to finish.
