Updating the README with correct instructions

Hello there,

While cloning the project and following the instructions I'm getting this error:

I managed to compile something by using the distillery release command instead (and replacing the relevant parts), however, I feel that it's not the way to go, as I got this error while hitting the lambda:

Please, can we get some insights on this one?

Start with the README instructions around `mix do release, bootstrap, zip` and compare them with the Distillery release command mentioned in the report. Then inspect `bootstrap` and the Lambda log, especially the attempt to write under `/var/task`; done means the README gives a verified build and deployment path that avoids the reported failures.
