compute_pricing script doesn't support dynamic storage

The script always assumes static storage type.
When running it on runs that used dynamic storage type we get a wrong price.

Start with the compute_pricing script and inspect how it determines storage type when calculating prices. Reproduce the issue using a run with dynamic storage, then verify that the calculated price matches the run's storage configuration.
