[Feature Request] - Kotlin Examples

Hey folks,
I would like to contribute examples in Kotlin with https://aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-kotlin/. I had these questions:

1. Do you prefer one rather large PR with all the readme files and examples together or would you like a couple of small PRs example by example?
2. Do you prefer having build scripts included in the example or are the main source files with the example sufficient?
