.NET Examples - Operations page

The new [Operations/md](https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-dynamodb-examples/blob/master/examples/SDK/dotnet/sdk_v2/Operations.md) page needs to be updated one folder up, and it needs auditing to ensure all the operations that are listed as supported actually are.

Start with examples/SDK/dotnet/sdk_v2/Operations.md and inspect the parent folder where the page should be updated. Audit each operation described as supported against the .NET example coverage, then update the page so its location and supported-operation list are accurate.
