The StackSet template was developed prior to the launch of [parallel concurrency for StackSet deployment.](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2021/04/deploy-cloudformation-stacks-concurrently-across-multiple-aws-regions-using-aws-cloudformation-stacksets/)
Based on discussion [here](https://github.com/aws-samples/aws-ct-vpc-flowlogs/issues/1) , need to develop mechanism to handle parallel deployment.
