[feature request] Update for Fargate compute environment

Great work on this project. Now that the Compute Environment defaults to Fargate provisioning model, it would be great if this repo had an example CloudFormation template that uses Fargate instead of EC2. Fargate seems to require some addition config in order to connect to S3 buckets and ECRs; it would be great to have a best practice example here for reference.

No file or test is named; start by locating the repository’s existing EC2 CloudFormation template and reading its compute-environment and access configuration. Compare the Fargate requirements for S3 and ECR access, then add a best-practice Fargate example and verify that the template provisions the requested connections.
