I am running the most recent stack release `Amazon Transcribe Post Call Analytics - PCA (v0.7.10) (uksb-1sn29lk73, SO9071)`
Currently getting tons of stale jobs stuck in `Transcribing`. Some calls go through successfully (especially when i do one at a time in the input bucket), but for some reason when i do bulk upload, I wind up getting this error. I saw #234 and hoped that upgrading would fix....

Start with the BulkUploadWorkflow entry point and reproduce the difference between processing one input-bucket call and a bulk upload on the v0.7.10 stack. Trace why bulk jobs remain in Transcribing and compare the behavior with the context from issue #234. Done means bulk-uploaded calls progress beyond Transcribing without accumulating stale jobs.
