Adding new search terms for better search capabilities in the UI

In the PCA UI, on the upper right-hand search button, we have specific items using which we can search for the audio calls?

Can we add `product` and `agent-name` to the list of existing search terms ?

This is needed because the traditional search functionality does not work as expected. It is not able to fetch results beyond the first page.
