**Feature Request**
This is a nice idea, but it is based on in maintaining a record for every single user.
Would make more sense to implement this at a GROUP or ROLE level.
I did try looking at bringing in pg_group ... but I hit the old issue of not being able to reference certain pg tables on compute nodes :(
