This lambda has python version 3.7: https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-orglevels3inventorycontrolplane/blob/b87afc83dcc09c34b06834476dc78626b076d8d8/S3Inventory.yaml#L91 but the oldest supported runtime in 3.9 https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lambda/latest/dg/lambda-runtimes.html#runtimes-supported
