AWS IVS Player doesn't trigger the event PlayerEventType.TEXT_CUE on IOS device (Safari and Chrome)

**Describe the bug**
AWS IVS Player is not firing event PlayerEventType.TEXT_CUE on IOS device (Safari and Chrome).

**To Reproduce**
1. Just enter on this live demo https://codepen.io/recursivecodes/pen/BarroJW?ref=hackernoon.com via Iphone or IOS to see that you'll not be able to see Captions

**Expected behavior**
Must be able to handle PlayerEventType.TEXT_CUE on IOS devices using web SDK

**Smartphone (please complete the following information):**
- Device: Iphone 12
- Browser [Safari, Chrome]

Start by reproducing the CodePen demo on an iPhone 12 using Safari and Chrome, then inspect how the Amazon IVS Player Web SDK handles PlayerEventType.TEXT_CUE. Done means the event can be handled on iOS devices and captions appear as expected in the demo.
