Flickering issue when resizing in pip-mode

**Describe the bug**
After applying PIP mode to the BasicPlayback sample app, pressing the home key to enter PIP mode and changing the size of the PIP window is fine, but after completing the size change, the player screen flickers.

**To Reproduce**
Replace BasicPlayback app's source url with the url
"https://github.com/Sung-YoungJin/amazon-ivs-player-android-sample-fork"

1. Build and run.
2. Click home-key
3. Resize PIP-Window
4. When you release the touch, the player screen flickers.

**Expected behavior**
When resizing PIPmode, does not the player screen flickers.

**Device details (please complete the following information):**
- Device: all
- OS: Android API 26 or higher

Build and run the BasicPlayback sample using the reported source URL, then reproduce the issue by entering PIP mode and resizing the window on Android API 26 or higher. Trace the sample's PIP resize behavior and verify that releasing the resize gesture no longer causes the player screen to flicker.
